Modular system with reusable components
Each of BOW’s inspiring meeting rooms is built from five smart components: a top panel, a bottom panel, side panels, a ceiling, and a door that opens to the left or right. This allows the system to function according to the familiar LEGO principle: you simply click the parts together.
All components are reusable and available for reorder. This allows you to make a sustainable and forward-thinking investment. After all, organizations are constantly changing. That’s why our system lets you quickly adapt to new needs.
Immediately self-sufficient and fully equipped
An inspiring meeting room needs to be ready to use right away. That’s why we deliver everyBOW systemfully equipped from our factory. Ventilation, lighting, and power are included as standard features.
Once installed, the space is immediately self-contained. You simply place the freestanding structure on the existing floor. No major renovations are required. This saves time and minimizes disruption in your office.
Design flexibility in color and finish
An inspiring meeting room should reflect your brand. We offer a selection of over 100 RAL colors for the frame and PET felt panels. You can also customize the look of the glass walls. You can partially cover them with acoustic felt.
The PET felt can also be customized with your logo or a print, giving the space a distinctive look. At the same time, you improve the room’s acoustics, which is especially helpful during intense meetings.
BOW S and XL models for compact and spacious setups
The BOW Train S is a compact, inspiring meeting space with a door in the middle. This unit is ideal for smaller teams. We also provide custom-made benches and a meeting table. The unit features two electrical outlets and two USB-C ports.
Need more space? Then go for the Train XL version. It makes it easy to add extra seating. Yet the space remains uncluttered and functional—which is especially nice during longer sessions.
Accessories for a complete meeting experience
An inspiring meeting room is about more than just four walls. That’s why we offer a variety of accessories. For example, TV mounts that you can attach to the mullion. This makes it easy to hang a screen for presentations.
