Delivery and assembly

The innovative system makes it easy to customize the space. Because the BOW space is placed freestanding on the existing floor, it can be moved without worries after installation. This makes it easy to change the use of the space.

One of our main principles is stock. Our basic configurations in black and white can be delivered from stock. The delivery time for special colors, finishes and large volumes is currently four to six weeks after ordering.

In developing our system, assembly time was an important consideration. We have ensured that the rooms are easy to assemble and disassemble. All basic configurations can be assembled within one day.

The spaces are easy to assemble. This makes it possible to assemble the spaces yourself. Unfortunately, there is no assembly manual available at this time. To assemble the rooms yourself, we ask you to contact us for the time being.

The warranty period on all our products is 60 months.

Our rooms are plug and play and are completely powered by only one plug. This plug comes from the ceiling and has a length of three meters. Should the bridge to the first power point be longer than three meters, please contact us in advance.

When developing our system, care was taken to ensure that elements fit into almost all standard European elevator.

Maintenance BOW

Product features

The innovative system makes it easy to customize the space. Because the BOW space is placed freestanding on the existing floor, it can be moved without worries after installation. This makes it easy to change the use of the space.

The climate in BOW spaces is very pleasant. Each space is provided with a CO2-controlled ventilation system on the roof. This ensures a permanently pleasant working climate.

BOW maintenance and service

You've bought a durable product that will last for years with a little attention. That's why you receive a maintenance package with every BOW.

BOW provides a five-year warranty on the parts and products supplied and guarantees that the products are free of defects in material and workmanship provided the maintenance instructions have been followed. On wear-sensitive parts, BOW provides a standard one-year warranty. This includes: felt and door seals, electronic components, such as (LED) lights, fans, power and USB chargers and motion sensors.

Users can purchase a service subscription that provides a 5-year warranty on all parts. Cost for this for a BOW One through a BOW Four is €250 per year including €50 in small parts. A BOW Six through a BOW Twelve is €350 per year including €75 in small parts. If you have more BOW's or if your BOW is bigger we will make a separate subscription price for you. Felt

Felt requires no maintenance, but it can be stained. For example, if you have spilled coffee on the felt, you can easily clean it with K2R (included in the maintenance package)

  • Using a dry cloth, dab the moisture off the felt as much as possible. Do not rub, but only dab,
  • Spray the K2R on the felt and leave it on for half an hour,
  • Remove the foam from the felt with a vacuum cleaner or gently scrape it off with a spatula,
  • Repeat if necessary.
Fans

On the roof of the BOW are fans, one per segment. For example, the BOW One has one fan and a BOW Six has six fans. Annually, these fans need to be made dust-free. For this we use compressed air spray, as included in the maintenance package. Once you have removed the dust, you can polish it with a slightly damp microfiber cloth.

Suspension box cleaning

At the bottom of the BOW is a sus box. A suskast is a ventilation device which lets fresh air through but hardly any sound. You clean this sus box with compressed air spray as included in the maintenance package. Once you have removed the dust, you can polish it with a slightly damp microfiber cloth.

Lubricating hinges

Every year, lubricate your hinges with lubricant, such as WD40, included in the maintenance package. You apply the agent between the rotating parts of the hinge.

Touch up steel elements with paint marker

Damage and imperfections on the steel can be touched up with a paint pen in color. Apply the lacquer carefully with the brush. If necessary, apply several coats until the damage is no longer visible. It is important that the lacquer dries between coats. A color touch-up pen is included in the maintenance package.

Lighting

It is important to keep LED strips clean. Dust and dirt can build up on the surface of the strips, hindering heat dissipation. This can reduce the life of the LEDs.

Clean the lights with compressed air spray as included in the service kit. Once you have removed the dust, you can polish it with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning agents as they may damage the strips.

Handle

If the handle is loose, tighten it firmly again with ..... Do not turn too hard or you will damage the material.

Touch up scratches with the included paint pen. Make sure the handle is clean beforehand (microfiber cloth). Carefully apply a thin layer to the scratches. Remove any excess paint immediately. Let the paint dry thoroughly, this may take some time.

Wrench

If the BOW is placed on a soft surface such as carpet, it is possible that the BOW may become slightly skewed over time. You can use the adjusting wrench from the maintenance package to adjust the BOW. There is an adjusting foot under each segment. With the wrench you can turn the foot and the BOW goes up or down on that side. Perhaps this is a little too technical for you. We will gladly take this with a service.

Cleaning glass

Clean the glass last when servicing, then you will return the unit tidy. We recommend using Wipe Cloths (included in maintenance package). With these you clean the windows of the BOW in an environmentally friendly and streak-free manner. You only need the cloths and water. The set consists of a super cloth (type of terry cloth) and a drying cloth (waffle cloth).

Wet the super cloth well, not soaking wet, and clean surfaces such as windows and window frames. Work from top to bottom.

With the drying towel, dry the surfaces with gentle circular motions, which prevents streaking. Work from top to bottom.

The drying cloth leaves no lint or dust particles. Dry the entire surface just once with the drying cloth. Even if it still seems a bit fuzzy, this will dry up streak-free within seconds (do not rub after!).

With one plane, dry the glass until the plane is saturated. Then fold the drying cloth over for a new drying surface. When all surfaces have been used on two sides, the drying cloth has been used to its maximum and full capacity and should be dried.

The cloths may be washed at 40 to 60 C, do not use fabric softener or bleach.
