Delivery and assembly

Thanks to the innovative system, the space is easy to adapt. Because the BOW room is placed freestanding on the existing floor, it can be moved without any worries after installation. This makes it easy to implement a different use of the space.

One of our most important principles is stock. We can often deliver our basic configurations in black and white from stock. The delivery time for special colors, finishes and large volumes is currently four to six weeks after ordering.

When developing our system, assembly time was an important starting point. We have ensured that the rooms are easy to assemble and disassemble. All basic configurations can be assembled within one day.

The spaces are easy to assemble, making it possible to assemble them yourself. If you wish to assemble the spaces yourself, please contact us for the correct instructions.

The warranty period on all our products is 12 months on electrical and moving parts, and 60 months on the other parts.

Our rooms are plug & play and are fully powered by just one plug. This plug comes from the ceiling and has a length of three meters. If the distance to the first power point is longer than three meters, please contact us in advance.

During the development of our system, we ensured that elements fit in almost all standard European elevators (2.30 x 2.10 x 1.10 meters).

BOW Maintenance

Product features

Thanks to the innovative system, the room is easy to adjust. Because the BOW room is placed freestanding on the existing floor, it can be moved without any worries after assembly. This makes it easy to repurpose the use of the space.

The climate in BOW spaces is very pleasant. Our spaces are equipped with roof ventilation as standard, easily operated via the control panel. This ensures a consistently pleasant working environment.

BOW maintenance and service

You have purchased a sustainable product that will last for years with a little care. That's why you receive a maintenance package with every BOW.

BOW provides a five-year warranty on the parts and products supplied and guarantees that the products are free from material and manufacturing defects, provided that the maintenance instructions have been followed. BOW provides a standard one-year warranty on wear-sensitive parts. These include: felt and door seals, electronic components such as (LED) lighting, fans, power and USB chargers and motion sensors.

The user can take out a service subscription that offers a 5-year warranty on all parts. The costs for this are €250 per year including €50 in small materials for a BOW One up to and including a BOW Four. A BOW Six up to and including a BOW Twelve is €350 per year including €75 in small materials. If you have more BOW's or your BOW is larger, we will make a separate subscription price for you. Felt

Felt does not require maintenance, but stains can occur. For example, if you have spilled coffee on the felt, you can easily clean it with K2R (included in the maintenance package)

  • Dab as much moisture as possible from the felt with a dry cloth. Do not rub, only dab.
  • Spray the K2R on the felt and let it soak in for half an hour.
  • Remove the foam from the felt with a vacuum cleaner or carefully scrape it off with a spatula.
  • Repeat if necessary.
Fans

There are fans on the roof of the BOW, one per segment. For example, the BOW One has one fan and the BOW Six has six fans. These fans should be dusted annually. We use compressed air spray for this, as included in the maintenance package. Once you have removed the dust, you can polish it with a slightly damp microfibre cloth.

Clean silencer box

There is a silencer box at the bottom of the BOW. A silencer box is a ventilation device that allows fresh air to pass through but hardly any noise. Clean this silencer box with compressed air spray as included in the maintenance package. Once you have removed the dust, you can polish it with a slightly damp microfibre cloth.

Lubricate hinges

Every year, lubricate the hinges with lubricant, such as WD40, which is included in the maintenance package. Apply the lubricant between the rotating parts of the hinge.

Touch up steel elements with touch-up paint

You can touch up any damage and imperfections on the steel with a touch-up paint of the correct color. Apply the paint carefully with the brush. If necessary, apply several layers until the damage is no longer visible. It is important to let the paint dry between layers. A color-matched touch-up paint is included in the maintenance package.

Lighting

It is important to keep the LED strips clean. Dust and dirt can accumulate on the surface of the strips, which can impede heat dissipation. This can reduce the lifespan of the LEDs.

Clean the lighting with compressed air spray as included in the service kit. After removing the dust, you can wipe it down with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, as they can damage the strips.

Handle

If the handle is loose, tighten it firmly with ..... Do not overtighten, otherwise you will damage the material.

Touch up scratches with the supplied touch-up paint. Make sure the handle is clean beforehand (microfiber cloth). Carefully apply a thin layer to the scratches. Remove any excess paint immediately. Allow the paint to dry thoroughly, this may take some time.

Adjusting wrench

If the BOW is placed on a soft surface such as carpet, it may become slightly uneven over time. You can adjust the BOW with the adjusting wrench from the maintenance package. There is an adjustable foot under each segment. You can turn the foot with the adjusting wrench, and the BOW will go up or down on that side. This might be a bit too technical for you. We would be happy to include this in a service visit.

Cleaning glass

Clean the glass last during the maintenance, so you can deliver the unit neatly. We recommend using Toverdoeken (included in the maintenance package). This allows you to clean the windows of the BOW in an environmentally friendly and streak-free manner. You only need the cloths and water. The set consists of a super cloth (terry cloth type) and a drying cloth (waffle cloth).

Make the super cloth well damp, not soaking wet, and clean the surfaces such as windows and frames. Work from top to bottom.

Dry the surfaces with the drying cloth using gentle circular motions to prevent streaks. Work from top to bottom.

The drying cloth leaves no lint or dust particles behind. Dry the entire surface only once with the drying cloth. Even if it still looks a bit hazy, it will dry streak-free within a few seconds (do not rub afterwards!).

Dry the glass with one side until the side is saturated. Then fold the drying cloth to a new dry side. When all sides have been used on both sides, the drying cloth is maximally and fully utilized and must be dried.

The cloths can be washed at 40 to 60 C, do not use fabric softener or bleach.
