Delivery and assembly
BOW is a modular system that can be easily assembled and disassembled. The unit is not attached to the floor or ceiling. A BOW One through a BOW Four usually does not even need to be disassembled, provided it is in the same room and the floor is free of obstacles.
Enlarging or shrinking a BOW is a breeze because it is free-standing and not mounted to the floor.
The BOW is manufactured in the Netherlands, which is why delivery times for the BOW are short. We typically deliver standard BOW products within approximately six to eight weeks. Sometimes we can even ship them directly from stock. The delivery time for custom colors, finishes, and large orders is approximately eight weeks from the date of order.
In developing our system, assembly time was an important consideration. We have ensured that the rooms are easy to assemble and disassemble. All basic configurations can be assembled within one day by our certified technicians.
The spaces can be self-assembled with some knowledge. To assemble the rooms yourself, we ask you to contact us for proper instructions. On our website you will find assembly instructions under the heading documents.
The warranty period on our products is 12 months on electrical and moving parts. On the other parts, it is 60 months.
Our rooms are plug and play and are completely powered by only one plug. This plug with two or three outlets and two USB ports comes from the ceiling. Should the bridge to the first power point outside the unit be longer than two meters, please contact us in advance.
During the development of our system, we ensured that elements fit in almost all standard European elevators (2.30 x 2.10 x 1.10 meters).
Product Features
The climate in BOW's rooms is pleasant. Our spaces are standard equipped with roof ventilation, easily operated in three positions via the control panel. This ensures a permanently pleasant working climate.

The prices of our products are determined by our dealers. We always make sure that they are offered at sympathetic prices. Under the heading documents you will find the price list with our gross sales prices.
Return Policy
BOW strives to operate in a fully circular manner. We view the products we sell today as tomorrow’s supply streams. Our goal is to minimize waste and reuse materials whenever possible. The buyback program applies specifically to version 3.0, which will be delivered starting in the fourth quarter of 2024.
Customers may return their products up to 5 years after installation. Within this period, BOW offers a refund of 20% of the suggested retail price, minus the costs of disassembly and transport. Costs for transport, delivery, and installation are not included in this calculation. We do, however, assume that the unit is not seriously damaged. Normal wear and tear is accepted.
Location: Products are delivered by the customer to the BOW warehouse, or we will pick them up from you. Disassembly costs and transportation fees will be charged.
Product condition: Signs of use are acceptable, but we do not expect any damage to the product. All electronic components must be fully functional.
There is no need to return entire rooms or complete products. BOW offers the option to return items on a component-by-component basis. Customers can return specific parts, which optimally supports the (re)configuration of existing systems. If desired, we can supply additional components for expansion. This makes the process flexible and efficient while minimizing waste.
As mentioned, we offer 20% of the suggested retail price. Any transportation and disassembly costs will be deducted from this amount. A quote is available upon request.
All parts of returned products are carefully inspected and repaired as needed. These refurbished products are then resold as “new.” This process is similar to reusing a PET bottle: the user doesn’t notice how many times the product has already been used. This aligns seamlessly with our circular economy goals and helps minimize waste. Sometimes used items are sold through our website; see the “Second Chance” section for more information.
