Mirato, Sunrock

Our flexibility in offering various color options was crucial for realizing this colorful concept, which resulted in a successful collaboration and winning an Archello Award! Personal involvement and adaptability in both design and execution were key factors in the success of this project.

‍Ode to the sun

Sunrock, market leader in the development of solar parks, outgrew its office space and moved to the A-Factorij in the lively Schinkel district. Mirato's winning design + build concept for the new office tells the story of Sunrock through the colors of the sun. This concept was brought to life by integrating a color gradient of the sun, from morning to evening, into every aspect of the interior, including the call and meeting rooms. This project won an Archello Award in 2023!

Colorful concept and flexibility

In the interior concept for Sunrock's office, the colors of the sun were important for the story. These colors are reflected in various parts of the interior, including the call and meeting rooms. For Mirato, it was therefore extremely important to find a supplier who, in addition to all the technical properties, could think along and be flexible with all these different colors. After a number of discussions, it became clear that BOW was the best fit.

Personal involvement

From the beginning of the collaboration, BOW has been very involved in the project. They have contributed a great deal to both the design and the execution of the work. The BOW spaces were in the right place in no time. In addition, good attention was paid to various questions from the end customer regarding the use. For example, we tested the BOW spaces at a showroom location to experience the various properties in real life. This approach convinced both Sunrock and Mirato of BOW's qualities.
